Welcome to Crispin and Crikey's website

Crispin (Aust. Ch. Nadaf Pens Lord Crispin IID, UD, NRD) is from the first litter of Hungarian Wirehaired Vizslas whelped in Australia on 22 August, 2007. The litter was bred by Fay Harris, who was instrumental in the recognition of the breed in Australia.

My first Wirehaired Vizsla after years of owning Hungarian Vizslas (short hair), he is a joy to live with, train, and show. He has a gentle, quiet, peaceful nature and is much calmer and more patient than the short haired vizsla.

Crispin has achieved many "firsts" for the breed in this country, and it is an honour to be a part of the beginnings of this beautiful breed in Australia. See a list of his achievements here.

Crikey! He's here!!

In late 2012, Crikey arrived from Hungary to be the newest addition to our family.

Crikey was bred by Eszter Takacs, and comes from arguably the best hunting lines in Hungary. In the short time that he's been here Crikey already has his Australian Championship, and before long will be appearing in the obedience ring.
